Haiiiii!! My name is Danelle and I'm a somatic coach who guides mystical ambitious women to expand their nervous systems' capacity for more wealth, love, and pleasure.

I am an ICF certified coach trained in Trauma Informed Coaching. I am certified as an Existential Kink coach.

I have a 300+ hour yoga certification, sacred dance and shakti movement certification, and am trained in Tibetan Buddhist meditation.

I have a Master’s Degree in Chinese medicine, a nursing degree, and a fine art degree.

I worked as a psychiatric nurse for years, as well as an artist, acupuncturist, and caregiver.

❤️‍🔥But honestly, so much of my work stems from my own self-discovery outside of academia.❤️‍🔥

I've survived a lot and held myself through it all.

I've gone from suicide attempts to trusting myself to handle and hold every emotion.

Along the way, I've learned to love myself, and now I help women all over the world love themselves, too.

And here's the truth. I am not "healed."

Self-help can be an endless circuit of constantly trying to “heal” from your humanness.

My life changed when I changed my orientation to my trauma.

When I learned to un-shame. When I learned to process emotions.

When I learned how to tap into my unconscious mind.

When I learned that in order to alchemize pain, I had to learn to love it. To run towards pain. To embrace my humanness.

So.

My job as a coach is always this:

To lead you back to yourself.

The version of you that is already complete. Needing nothing. Having everything. Completely fulfilled.

My job is to help you embrace your messy and adorable humanity with so much love, humor, kindness, and understanding.

My philosophy is: All parts of you are innocent.

I help you relate to all your parts in a novel & magical way that will change how you see yourself and, therefore, everything else.
As within, so without ☺

I am not your guru, your savior, or your hero. You will discover that with the right guidance, you are all these things to yourself. 🤍
