We meet on September 11th, 2024 at 9:30am PST/12:30pm EST (make sure you convert to your time zone).

It will be 45 minutes at minimum and 75 minutes maximum. You can leave early if you need to, but please be on time when we start.

This meeting will not be recorded. 

Make sure if you want to get coached that you are in a distraction-free space, with your camera on. 

Wear comfy clothes and bring something to write with and on if you wanna take notes. 

We'll start with brief introductions, a short body scan and meditation, talk about some somatic techniques to facilitate ease, calm, pleasure, and joy, and then I'll coach. 

Come with the mindset that you paid $300 for this call. Come with the mindset that you'll always get what you need, even if you aren't personally coached.
